To ensure the best possible start, training begins with a trainee induction week, which provides the ideal framework for getting to know each other and gives new recruits the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their working environment step by step. In addition to a trainee transfer plan, regular personal discussions and meetings with the trainers, a specific training concept for individual support and regular excursions are used during the training period to strengthen good communication at eye level and team cohesion.

The trainees also benefit from close cooperation with external training partners, such as the Arnsberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Meschede Vocational College, and from numerous internal benefits, such as the opportunity to take part in the hotel group’s training-integrated exchange program.

3-year training programs:

2-year training programs:

Gastronomy specialist
Kitchen specialist

Internships:

We also offer student internships for orientation purposes.

Study:
